I used to have a book called \"Advanced English Speaking,\" which contained news broadcasts from NPR NATIONAL PUBLIC RADIO in the United States; the speech pace was fast, the topics covered a wide range, and it came with tapes. Reading books and listening to tapes while repeating after them is the best way to improve speaking and listening skills. Or you can use Liu Yi’s vocabulary book and follow the same method
