Our factory's approach is to add floating oil baffles in the tar ship, and regularly pump the floating oil into the floating oil tank for heating and static separation.
The different densities of each medium should be used to add baffles and set up drain pipes at the bottom of the floating oil level. The effect is very good.
The ammonia water clarification tank can separate light tar, and pump it into the condensate circulation tank, and pump it to the primary cooler to improve the naphthalene cleaning effect.
