Measuring range: 0~80, pipe diameter: DN50。 How long can a wear-resistant thermal resistor be used, how deep can it be inserted, and how to install it. Will enlarging the expansion pipe cause coal accumulation in the pipe? More economical installation method or thermometer?
The temperature shouldn’t be too high! If you use a wear-resistant thermal resistor, it should be fine for at least half a year. ; Just insert 1/2 pipe diameter and insert it straight.
There should be no problem with the thermal resistor. Just add a wear-resistant coating to the outer protective sleeve. It can last for a long time.
Measuring this kind of thing, even if it is made of wear-resistant material, it only lasts about 3 months. The temperature of the pulverized coal seems to be relatively high. We have done 2 different projects, one is direct measurement and one is measuring wall temperature.
Just find the middle 1/2 of the pipeline. With the casing, the service life should not be a big problem.
Isn't it inaccurate to measure the wall temperature? (Is it okay to use a surface thermal resistance thermometer?) Can I use an expansion tube? Or should the probe just be inserted into the steel pipe and not be too long so it will wear less and last longer?
