How do people celebrate the Dragon Boat Festival?

It’s raining here in Suzhou too~!
Work for one day and spend the rest of the time renovating the house – it’s so tiring!
I remember when I was young, after the Spring Festival, I would look forward to the Dragon Boat Festival. During this festival, one could tie colored threads around their wrists as a protection against snake bites; people could also eat zongzi and wear sachets. The Dragon Boat Festival is approaching, and I don’t have any special plans. But I think on that day I’ll follow our family’s tradition of eating zongzi, and get together with everyone to have some fun and relax.
