It is used to convert the alternating current obtained from the power grid into the desired voltage and rectify it into direct current. The rectifier uses a thyristor three-phase fully controlled bridge, with voltage regulation achieved through coarse adjustment via a load-switch and fine adjustment using thyristors. An automatic current stabilization system is also provided to automatically stabilize the load current in response to voltage fluctuations in the power grid or changes in load resistance. After shifting the terms on the grid side through rectifier transformers, the two series form equivalent pulse patterns (12, 24, 36, 48, etc.) (with 24 and 36 pulse patterns being the most common), thereby enabling effective control of harmonics ; The trigger system employs two configurations: digital and analog. In the event of a failure, another set comes online automatically, ensuring continuity of production. Cooling system: The rectifier transformer uses forced oil circulation for “oil-water” heat dissipation ; The rectifier uses a \"water-pure water\" cooling method. The entire system is equipped with corresponding fault alarm signals, which are reflected through the DCS system in the control room. Protection of the rectifier unit: The grid side of the rectifier transformer is equipped with quick-break protection, time-limited overcurrent protection, light and heavy gas protection as well as oil temperature protection, while the valve side is fitted with an overvoltage absorption device. The operation of the high-voltage circuit breakers and on-load tap changers of the rectification equipment is carried out on the transformer control panel or console in the main control room, while current regulation is performed on the rectifier control panel or console in the main control room. The current and voltage indications of the rectifier unit, as well as fault and warning signals, are sent to the DCS system for display and alarm. The main interlocks for rectification and electrolysis equipment include: interruption of instrument air supply ; Abnormal rise in suction pressure ; Abnormal increase in hydrogen pressure ; Fault in the anode solution pump or abnormally low pressure in the anode solution main pipe ; Fault in the catholyte pump or abnormally low pressure in the catholyte main pipe ; The pressure difference between the anode chamber and cathode chamber of the electrolyzer is out of limit ; The zero potential difference of the electrolyzer is out of limit ; The electrolyzer current is too high ; Rectifier overload ; In case of emergency, manual override ; When the above abnormal conditions occur, the rectification equipment is immediately locked out and powered down. 1. Connect the wires as indicated; once checked and confirmed to be correct, power can be applied ; 4. During transportation, collisions should be avoided as much as possible; it should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated place to prevent moisture exposure, thereby ensuring the product’s performance and service life.
