We are going to establish a new circular, closed-loop chemical manufacturing enterprise, with main products including caustic soda, phosphorus trichloride, hydrocyanic acid, and glyphosate. In this process, the essential issue of safety hot work analysis and testing will arise later. I am now seeking everyone’s help to provide testing methods related to this area. Thank you!

A combustible gas explosion detector can be used
It can be measured using an Austen gas analyzer
It is better to use gas chromatography for greater accuracy, as the error of the austenite meter is too high. Measuring combustibles is not very accurate
For hot work analysis, chromatography presents problems with sampling and online analysis; therefore, chromatography is not considered for hot work testing. Flame detection analysis is generally carried out during work on individual equipment or pipelines; it is advisable to use portable testing instruments, typically combustible gas detectors and oxygen level detectors.
