Regarding applications to become a registered chemical engineer

I am currently a graduate student in chemical engineering, but my undergraduate degree is in science. Can I take the basic exam for registered chemical engineers now? What documents are required? Some sources say it’s possible while others say it’s not. Are there anyone with similar experience, or who has heard of such cases? Thank you all! ! !
According to the rules, it seems it’s not allowed; at least you have to wait until you graduate

Can those who are currently pursuing a graduate degree not apply? I studied chemical engineering both for my bachelor’s and master’s degrees – can’t I apply then?
You can’t take the exam while still at school; an official stamp from your employer is required
