The ignition tube of the torch system has been damaged due to overheating; in addition, there is carbon buildup on the high-voltage ignition tip (the FKR series torch tip used). It is now difficult to ignite the torch, and sometimes it fails to ignite at all. The main component is methane. Do I need to replace the ignition tip? Is there any way to remove carbon deposits? How to prevent carbon buildup? Who has detailed information on the FKR series of torch nozzles? (I couldn’t find any such information on Baidu.) Additional note: The vent flare system is equipped with 2 high-altitude, high-energy electronic igniters, but no permanent flame is installed
Why does the torch need to be lit frequently? Isn’t there a perpetual light?
Reply to 2# xhmahailong: There is a spark plug; the torch goes out sometimes, so it needs to be re-ignited. That’s where the problem lies.

It’s not just one; we have three. Continuous gas supply ensures it remains lit at all times
There is a spark plug, but it doesn’t seem to have a permanent light.
Just remove it and clean the carbon buildup by yourself
