Repair of pores in pipeline welds

I’ve been working on some pipes with a steel lining and PTFE recently, but after grinding the inner surface of the steel shell’s welds, pores became visible. How can these be repaired? I’m worried that spot welding might cause uneven heating in that area, which could make things worse. Thank you!
Give it a push, otherwise it’ll disappear without a trace again!
