What are the reasons for the high flue gas emission temperature in the waste heat boiler? How to handle it? At present, our flue gas temperature is above 360 degrees, and we are using unpurified air along with steam for soot blowing, but the results are not satisfactory. I would appreciate some advice from all of you experts.
1. The fins of the waste heat boiler are blocked by the catalyst. 2. Is the flue damper on the auxiliary line of the remaining furnace not closed properly, or is it not functioning? 3. Using a shock wave soot blower should work well.

The exhaust temperature should ideally be 160; it’s likely a flaw in your design
If it is confirmed that there are no issues with the flue dampers and finned tube heat exchange, then the solution can only lie in the process aspect. I’m not sure what the temperature of the hot steam is, and whether there is room for it to increase. The temperature of the water supplied as well as the temperature of the circulating hot water can also be adjusted upward accordingly. Another thing is to adjust the operation of the heating furnace. You can discuss this in detail with the designer.
One could try adding a set of economizers and a steam drum to the preheating section of the waste heat boiler, in order to reduce the flue gas temperature by increasing the amount of steam generated.
Has there been any change in the superheating temperature? What about that type of remaining pot?
