Help with installing Aspen v7.1

After installing v7.1, when I run Aspen, I get the error “Unable to load simulation engine. The simulation engine reports a license problem. Check Control Panel for details!” ”I don’t know what the reason is; please help, experts. I’m using Win7.

Reply 2# hcbbssoft is 64-bit, so why does this happen?
I once tried to install it on 64-bit Win7; it took me several days without success. It’s better to use the XP system.

There was very little support and testing for 64-bit in V7.1; starting with V7.2, 64-bit systems were generally supported. V7.2 is coming out soon

It’s better to use the XP system; it installs smoothly and stably.
XP or Win7 32-bit will work; I’ve used both
