First find out what the three letters in ABS mean, and then you will know whether it is poisonous or not. There are many different ABS processes, does it make sense to talk about operating pressure?
I don't produce ABS, but I have only had some contact with it. Molded ABS should not be toxic, but the additives added to it seem to smell quite unpleasant. They should contain sulfur antioxidants.

ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) is an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer with a density of 1.05 g/cm³. It is a light yellow granular or bead-shaped opaque resin, non-toxic, odorless, low water absorption, has good comprehensive physical and mechanical properties, such as excellent electrical properties, wear resistance, dimensional stability, chemical resistance and surface gloss, etc., and is easy to process and shape. The disadvantages are weather resistance, poor heat resistance, and flammability.
