The exhaust pressure of the air compressor is high, and no deflation is found in the system. However, when the system is turned on, the pressure plummets. What is the main reason for this?
It is estimated that when the car is just started, the system pressure is lower than the air compressor discharge pressure, and a certain amount of air is required to add pressure, so the air compressor discharge pressure will plummet. After charging for a period of time, the system pressure will rise.
1. The gas consumption is large and the gas production is not enough to replenish the system pressure. 2. It will be fine after the system pressure is built up.
First check whether the air supply capacity of the air compressor matches the air consumption of the system. Secondly, check whether the air storage tank between the air compressor and the system is too small.
