Dealkylation of 810 ester

Our company has just installed a production line for 810 ester, and the other processes are still running smoothly. However, the alcohol removal time is relatively long, and the effectiveness of alcohol removal is also inconsistent. I checked some relevant information; the dealkylation of dioctyl esters does employ the stripping method. The production processes of 810 ester and dioctyl ester are similar, and they both use a 10-carbon alcohol with a higher boiling point. I would like to ask my colleagues: is there anyone who is familiar with the dealcoholization of 810 ester, has practical experience in this area, or has insightful opinions on it? ?
