For instrument designers, many process parameters are provided by other majors. If the data given by other majors, such as process, is wrong, resulting in design selection errors, whose responsibility is it?
There is a process signature on the process capital raise, which should be counter-signed by the process load instrument design at the end, and the process should also be reviewed and signed.
It is best for instrument majors to understand the process, be able to read PFD, and detect errors in the data provided by the process in a timely manner.
All working documents are generally communicated by email, or other professional signed versions are finally indicated on the reference document which version it is. . . As long as it’s well-documented, it’s just my personal opinion
