ASME B16.47 (MSS SP 44) covers large-diameter flanges, namely butt-welded flanges with ribs and matching blind flanges of ≥26″ diameter. The corresponding large-diameter pipe fittings are specified in MSS SP 43, and the specifications there can match those of the large-diameter flanges. However, ASTM B36.10 and ASTM B36.19 do not provide a complete range of pressure-related wall thickness values for large-diameter pipe fittings. I would like to ask whether the pressure requirements for large-diameter pipe fittings according to American standards are fixed (i.e., the wall thickness is also fixed)

In my opinion, the pressure ratings for large-diameter pipe fittings according to American standards are not fixed (they fall within a certain range), but their wall thicknesses remain constant within that pressure range.
There are only a few pressure levels for large-diameter fittings. Indeed, large-diameter pipes can withstand relatively low pressures compared to those of smaller diameters; the pressure is generally not very high (except in special cases). Therefore, the standards specify the pressures that are typically applied in ordinary situations, while special cases require customization based on the specific conditions of the application
