The silicon rods produced during this period are thinner at the bottom and thicker at the top – how to solve this?

As the title suggests, the polysilicon produced by our company recently has a thinner base and a thicker top, showing a conical shape. There are no cauliflower-like structures on the top, while the lower part is more delicate. In one furnace, the rods broke after it was shut down, and in another furnace the silicon rods shattered, making it very difficult to conduct PB sampling. How can this problem be solved?
