Mainly based on the process flow, the blast condensation area will be started first, and other processes will be implemented gradually after stabilization.
Three big pieces of coke oven: 1. Ammonia water circulation, steam replaces air 2. Load coal, connect the gas collecting pipe, replace steam with gas, send gas to purification, and start the fan ； 3. When the coke is released, the coke transport system and the coke quenching system start in conjunction with each other. ； Of course, the dust removal ground station can be put into use during coal loading (after turning on the fan)

Pipe exhaust is mainly used to adjust the ammonia pressure on the furnace, adjust the ammonia spraying state, and prohibit spraying into the carbonization chamber.
