When steaming the turbine, water accidentally got into the lubricating oil, and quite a lot of it. Could anyone tell me what the most likely cause of this error might be? Is it related to the steam seal? Thank you in advance for suggesting the most probable reason

What is a so-called “steaming turbine”? Is there any braised version? ;P
I know that compressors can be used for steaming, but I’ve never heard of turbines being used for that purpose. If the above occurs, the rotation speed is too high.
The steaming turbine is used to remove scaling from the turbine as well as water ingress into the lubricating oil; it is steam that enters through the shaft seal.
