Precipitation won’t happen; 45 degrees is also fine. The surface will be carbonated by carbon dioxide in the air, which affects its quality. However, I suppose you wouldn’t keep a tank of caustic soda for months either; it needs to be rotated, so there’s no major issue with that. For this device, its temperature changes with the ambient temperature; if it is located in a factory in the north during winter, then it’s sufficient to enhance insulation at the outlet valve.
