Sampling from the waste agent tank showed a black color, and the heating was not very stable; however, leakage in the heater can likely be ruled out. The color is black – is that a problem caused by burning? Do both the regenerator and settler experience agent leakage? Is the smoke extractor malfunction caused by the regenerator running? What is the solid content of the slurry?
Check what changes have occurred in the particle size at the three-spin inlet; the flue gas fan fault should have been resolved. Is the control of the regeneration pressure via the dual valves stable, and are there any significant fluctuations? Test and analyze whether the solid content of the slurry exceeds the limit ; Also, unstable heat extraction and unstable catalyst circulation rate must be a factor as well; are there fluctuations in the external storage density as well? The problem description should be more specific for better analysis.

Has the original poster found the reason? What is your basis for ruling out a leak in the heat exchanger? Generally speaking, catalyst failure is caused either by poisoning that leads to the collapse of its structure, or by thermal decomposition. It is possible to determine whether there is catalyst poisoning based on the properties of the raw materials, or by assessing the catalyst’s activity; if poisoning is ruled out, then it is thermal degradation. In the vast majority of cases, heat pumps fail due to leaks in the heat exchanger.
