It will not be affected, provided that the wind pressure is not lower than the design pressure number of the orifice plate.
High wind pressure will generally not affect it. Normal wind pressure is generally 0.4-0.7MPa, and the boundary conditions of each factory are different. Using a flow-limiting orifice plate to control the backflush air volume is a method that uses the critical compression ratio throttling principle to achieve constant flow. But low wind pressure does have an impact. This depends on the system pressure of each device.
