Brothers working on the 18.30 project in China, which manufacturer’s internal components are used for the ammonia synthesis towers?
Our plant has a capacity of 3052; the synthesis is carried out using Cassali technology, with the outer cylinder of the synthesis tower being domestically produced while the internal components are of Cassali origin.
At Zhejiang University of Technology, it works pretty well! !
Our company manufactures the shell of the synthesis tower itself, while the internal components are from Cassali. There are many domestically produced internal components; those developed by the Fourth Academy, the Second Academy, and other smaller design institutes are also of good quality.
For synthesis towers, who else in China can be used? Anchun and Guochang, I guess!
The internal components used in plants built in different periods varied; in the early days, around the 1990s, many companies still relied heavily on Topsoe’s products for their 180,000-ton ammonia synthesis plants, and it was only later that domestic manufacturers such as Guochang were used. Overall, the internal components developed by these foreign ammonia synthesis giants result in lower overall energy consumption across the entire synthesis process, as well as a higher net yield of ammonia.
The inner components are from Anchun, Hunan; it seems that the ammonia purity isn’t very high
The internals of our synthesis tower are now supplied by Nanjing Guochang and Hunan Anchun. The JR type that used Zhengyuan in the past.
I have used Guochang and Anchun. Most of them are from Anchun; the performance is pretty good, but there are still some defects that need further improvement.
