1. Check the pump; verify the oil level, and ensure that the foundation bolts of the pump, bearing housing, and motor are not loose; 2. Close the outlet valve, open the inlet valve, and supply sealant and coolant ; 3. Exhaust filling pump; if transporting high-temperature liquids, the pump also needs to be heated ; 3. Start the multi-stage centrifugal pump in jog mode to check whether the rotation direction of the impeller matches the designed direction; if it does not, the impeller must be brought to a complete stop first, the motor wiring adjusted, before the pump can be started again ; 4. Start the motor; ensure there are no abnormal noises. Check the current, and only then slowly open the outlet valve once the outlet pressure is normal.
Everyone: Does a multi-stage centrifugal pump require a circuit?
To maintain stable outlet pressure of the pump, a feedback circuit should be installed!
Generally, a circuit is required to protect the pump, as this can reduce the losses incurred by the pump at minimum flow rates
1. In high-temperature or low-temperature environments, be sure to activate the bypass for pre-cooling or pre-heating next to the outlet check valve during standby to maintain an optimal standby condition. Due to the long shaft of multi-stage pumps, they are prone to deformation. 2. Pay more attention to turning the shaft regularly. 3. It is also advisable to slightly open the outlet valve at the same time to prevent excessive outlet pressure.
The disc pump also needs no less than 2 full units!
