Dear experts, how is the operation of your off-gas hydrogen recovery systems? Which company’s equipment is good?

In China, membrane separation and pressure swing adsorption (PSA) are the main techniques used for hydrogen recovery. In terms of operating costs, pressure swing adsorption offers a higher production capacity and better separation efficiency; therefore, it is recommended to use this method for hydrogen recovery. The costs associated with selling and transporting hydrogen are high, so it is best to use it internally or to supply it to nearby users through pipelines.
Of the three systems I’ve worked with, two use membrane recovery; the results are quite good – by connecting two membranes in series, it’s possible to recover 90% of the hydrogen, with a purity of 87%, and the overall operational efficiency is excellent. The manufacturers are all from Jiujiang Zihuan. The product is very good
We also use Jiujiang Zihuan’s membrane separation technology; the performance is good, with a hydrogen yield of 85–95%
