Of course, the valve of this combustion chamber must be closed before unscrewing the plug. Turn it on during measurement. It can be measured using a U-tube manometer or an inclined pressure gauge. Inclined pressure gauges have lower errors; they can also be connected directly to a single lower nozzle in the combustion chamber for measurement, requiring tight sealing.
