Help! Technical parameters for the purchase of a safety valve calibration bench
Thread Content
Dear colleagues, our department plans to purchase a comprehensive testing bench for safety valves. After the procurement department sent the technical specifications to the manufacturer, the latter replied with a letter clarifying those specifications; details are provided below. Since I have little experience with such devices, I find it difficult to answer; please help me out. Appendix: The clarification letter provides detailed information on the technical and functional parameters of the procurement item. After careful consideration, we have issued this clarification reply for your review. 1: Technical and functional parameters of the safety valve calibration bench 1. Suitable for both water and gas use ; 2. Pressure test range: 0–15 MPa. 3. Water pressure test range: 0–70 MPa. 4. Flange connections: DN20–250; external thread connections: G 1/2″–G2″. II. Equipment to be purchased: 1. 1 set of safety valve testing bench with computer-based automatic recording of setting pressure and sealing pressure ; 2. 1 electric hydraulic pump ; 3. Devices that can provide a stable gas supply ; 4. Gas storage tank with a volume of not less than 1 m2 ; 5. 1 set of safety valve grinding equipment ; 6. 1 mechanical flatness tester ; 7. 1 online pressure regulator with a safety valve that has an automatic recording function. III: Clarification of equipment procurement parametersA: Flange connection, DN20-250; external thread connection: G 1/2″-G2″ (the various types should be specified).
B: 1 pressure relief valve testing bench with a computer-based system for automatically recording the set pressure and sealing pressure ; (1: The maximum clamping force or the maximum pressure of the valve should be specified, so that the maximum clamping force can be calculated; this value then determines the appropriate type of structure to be used. 2: It should be specified whether pneumatic automatic clamping or hydraulic clamping will be used.) The air storage tank must have a volume of at least 1 m2 ; (Is the gas storage tank horizontal or vertical?) D: 1 set of safety valve grinding equipment ; (Maximum size specifications for planar valve grinders) E: 1 mechanical flatness tester ; (The types of flatness detectors include: conventional mechanical flatness detectors, optical flatness detectors; it is necessary to clarify the type of laser flatness detector.) F: 1 online pressure regulator with an automatic recording function for safety valves. (It is necessary to determine whether the model and specifications refer to a new model or an existing one?)
