Usage of Shanghai Dalong triple-plunger pumps

I would like to ask fellow sailors: has anyone used the triple-plunger pump produced by Shanghai Dalong? What is the service life? Especially, how is the condition of the cylinder block?

We’re also using those from Shanghai Dalong; they are still in the initial stage of use

The compressors produced by Shanghai Dalong have good design and manufacturing quality; both companies where I have worked have used them.
We use three-cylinder pumps from Ningbo Dalong. Initially, the operating cycle was short, there was packing leakage, the ball seals were not functioning properly, and pressure fluctuations occurred. Through custom modifications, the current operating cycle has been increased to around 20 days, thereby improving the system’s operational efficiency

Select the pump appropriately; for three-cylinder pumps, a different approach is adopted compared to other types of pumps, with sufficient margin being left to reduce the number of reciprocations of the pump. 2. Modify the material of the valve ball to improve its wear resistance. 3. Change the design of the packing by increasing the number of guide sleeves to ensure proper movement back and forth, and replace the gasket material as well. 4. Strengthen regular inspections and maintenance. 5. Reduce the system pressure
We use ammonium pump and liquid ammonia pumps from Shanghai Dalong. The 40,000-ton urea production facility that the company put into operation in 1993 is still in efficient use; what needs to be replaced regularly are mainly the packing elements.
I’ve used Wujiang Dalong in Shanghai; overall, it’s pretty okay
In the 1990s, when China was accelerating its production of urea, there were basically only two domestic manufacturers of piston pumps such as liquid ammonia pumps and methylamine pumps: Shanghai Dalong and Weifang Shengjian.
