Problems with personal protective equipment

Our company has taken on a project related to the storage of asphalt. That company handles such materials – what specification should gas masks have? What other personal protective equipment is needed? Thank you
For gas masks, 3M ones will do. What about the other things, like clothes and hats?
Work gloves need to be oil-resistant and heat-resistant; shoes should be anti-static, impact-resistant, and oil-resistant work shoes; clothing must be thick protective garments with anti-static properties!
