What are the process conditions in your factory?
Reply to 1# skysefang: The key lies in the type of process used. If it’s a conventional medium-pressure to low-pressure conversion process, then the low-pressure catalysts produced by Sichuan Chemical Catalyst Factory, as well as those from Xinxiang in Henan Province, both perform well.
For high pressure, high flow rates, and high water vapor conditions, use Qingdao Lianxin’s QDB-03; for medium and low pressure conditions, use QDB-04. Currently, Lianxin has developed the QDB-05 sulfur-resistant shift catalyst designed for Shell’s processes with low water vapor ratios
Our factory has medium-voltage, low-voltage, and full-low-voltage transformers; for medium-voltage transformers we use those made by Shuangxiong, while for low-voltage transformers we use those from Hubei Institute of Chemistry – some of which are also made by Shuangxiong – and all of them are satisfactory
