When the catalytic unit is started, when is the best time to put the flue gas turbine into service?

As mentioned, our factory's catalytic device is ready to start operation after maintenance. In the past, after the temperature of the two devices was raised to 315°C, the hood was put into use, but the power was very low. If the agent runs out during filling, the hood must be cut off. I would like to ask all the experts, when is the safest and most reasonable time to put the cigarette machine into use?
We always put the hood into operation after the adjustment is stable after the start of work.

After the reaction is injected and the operation is adjusted smoothly, the catalyst concentration in the flue gas (≯150㎎/Nm3) and the content of 10 microns or more≯3% should be sampled and analyzed. Only then can the temperature be slowly heated to a certain temperature and preheated, and the hood can be started.
Before the hood is put into use, the reaction operation must be stable to prevent reaction fluctuations and damage to the hood. The depth of the catalyst in the flue gas must be analyzed to not exceed 200mg/m3.
