The pure oxygen for the second stage combustion is 30 to 35%, and the oxygen-enriched air for combustion is about 35 to 40%.

Carbon precipitation can only occur when the water-to-carbon ratio is seriously insufficient. Therefore, a water-to-carbon ratio of 3.8 cannot produce carbon. The methane content at the converter outlet is also related to the activity of the catalyst. It can reach 12% at best. Under normal circumstances, the export methane is 12%-15%. Our process indicator is to control the methane content at the converter outlet.
