In the past, when working on projects, all parties involved in the construction would proactively keep project records in sync with the construction work. Self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection have been basically carried out; signatures are present for A(R) inspection, B(R) inspection, and C(R) inspection, along with corresponding records. The pace of work now is several times faster. Here, there’s simply no time to prepare the necessary documents while a project is in progress; it usually takes at least half a year before those documents are finally prepared. It’s all done in isolation, resulting in nothing but piles of useless paper! I don’t know what use these things are? It’s heartbreaking to see such **wasted resources**! I would like to ask the fellow sailors: are your handover documents being prepared in parallel with the progress of the project? How authentic is it? ! Can it be taken out to get some sun?

Although what we have here is similar to what you have there, apart from the requirements that are mandatory, we even skip most of those unnecessary things like waste paper. I hope things will become more standardized in the future, and that more learning will take place

It needs to be bound like a book, with all the content in order and the signatures in place. But all of this is fraud! The owner knows you’re fake, but still expects you to act as if you were real. All those data were compiled in accordance with standards; few of them were actually measured on-site. What’s the use of such handover documents? Even the as-built drawings are merely a matter of going to the site and making a few marks; some drawings simply have a stamp placed on them. Especially in underground projects, even though the location of the pipelines has changed, the as-built drawings do not reflect this at all. Do you think such as-built drawings will not cause harm in the future?
In principle, the completion documents must be submitted within one month after the handover of the project. During construction, there are many on-site changes, and it takes time to revise the drawings and technical documents based on the records of these changes. One month is usually not enough; large projects can even take over half a year.

(2) In the event of general design changes during construction, if they can be made on the construction drawings, the construction party shall indicate on the original drawings the modified parts, as well as the basis and explanations for the changes, and these can then be used as as-built drawings. (3) In the event of any major changes such as structural alterations, process changes, layout changes, or project modifications that render the original construction drawings unusable, it is necessary to redraw the as-built drawings. 3 Materials such as pictures, photos, and videos from the implementation process, as well as major events and accidents that occurred during project implementation, should be accompanied by complete written descriptions. But I think it can be controlled; in a construction project, Party A and Party B are responsible for it. Party A is the owner, and Party B is the civil engineering and equipment installation contractor. Both parties are bound by a contract. The contract specifies requirements regarding the archiving of documents, and both parties should comply with it. As for whether it is true or not, it depends on whether the client’s technical staff and project supervisors are responsible for overseeing things on site; they can monitor the process of compiling the documents and point out any falsifications right away, so that they can be corrected promptly. I think everyone is serious, and there will be a good outcome.
