What are the precautions when loading synthetic catalysts?

Before loading, one should first check the weather conditions, avoiding loading in rainy, snowy weather or at night when there is a lot of dew. During the loading process, if it starts to rain or snow, operations must be stopped immediately; the top of the tower and the uninstalled catalyst should be covered to protect them from being wet by the wind and snow. 2. The catalyst should be screened through a sieve before being loaded. 3. The height from the bag opening to the catalyst should be less than 0.5 meters. 4. During the filling process, a triangular method using cloth bags should be employed to disperse and fill the catalyst; it is strictly prohibited to fill the catalyst from a single location to avoid uneven distribution. 5. The feed pipe must not directly impact the thermocouple sheath to prevent deformation. 6. Be careful not to leave the catalyst suspended in mid-air when loading it. 7. Operators should keep items such as keys and small knives that may fall off their bodies outside the operation area, to prevent foreign objects from falling into the reactor. 8. After completing the daily tasks, the catalysts inside and outside the tower must be covered tightly and secured with plastic film. 9. Make sure to level it with a wooden board after loading. 10. After loading, check the quantity and remove items such as wooden planks from inside. 11. When handling the catalyst tank, it must be handled with care; it should not be dropped or rolled to prevent the catalyst from breaking.
