It depends on the material used; each material has a different allowable stress. Some materials can meet the requirements of your operating conditions, while others cannot. Moreover, given your operating conditions, if design pressure and temperature are taken into account, the required values should be even higher – 150 lb is not sufficient

150 pounds is not acceptable; at 300°C, the maximum impact-free pressure for most materials is only 1.0 MPa.
