It works very well; we’ve been using it in the mixed-bed and vibrating fluidized bed systems
May I ask about the second floor: what are the unit consumption of steam and electricity, as well as the investment required? Is it necessary to clean the bed after changing the product model or when the machine is shut down? Thank you!
Well, it depends on what material is to be dried – whether it’s in powder form or granular form, whether it’s sticky or not, and what its density is. What’s the moisture content before drying? To what level of moisture content needs it to be dried? What is the scale of production?
Dry PVC thiophene, tonnage consumption? For example, investments of 150,000 tons per year and so on.
