Motor Vehicle Safety Management System 1. Motor vehicle drivers must abide by traffic rules and operating procedures. When driving a vehicle, it is necessary to carry a driver’s license, vehicle registration certificate, and other relevant driving documents. 2. Motor vehicles shall complete their routine maintenance on time, as well as regular repairs, quarterly inspections, and comprehensive vehicle inspections. 3. Motor vehicles must strictly adhere to the \"three inspections per day\" system; drivers should carefully fill out the records for these inspections to ensure the reliability of the vehicle’s safety equipment. 4. During holidays, a unified system of duty vehicle permits is implemented for motor vehicles; traffic safety measures are established, and duty vehicles are under official control in accordance with the duty system, while non-duty vehicles must follow the “three handovers and one seal” system. 5. For motor vehicles traveling a distance of over 200 km in one direction, approval from company management is required; the vehicle must undergo a safety inspection, and a special safety briefing form for long-distance trips must be completed before it can set off on its journey. 6. Before carrying out operations to lift or transport large objects, motor vehicles must have their condition inspected, and the drivers must be given safety instructions; such vehicles are not allowed to engage in operations that involve exceeding specified limits in terms of weight, size, or speed. 7. Motor vehicles should be parked in designated areas; random parking is not allowed, and order and uniformity must be maintained. 8. The responsible unit is tasked with conducting inspections of motor vehicles regarding their removal from service and their condition on a monthly basis. Vehicles that do not meet the safety requirements are repaired in accordance with the maintenance plan, so as to ensure their proper functioning.
