Why is the slag port pressure difference high while other indicators are normal?

I’m a German-style vintage gasifier; the slag outlet pressure difference is high, the composition is good, slag discharge is efficient, and the temperature of the brick support tray is normal… I just want to know what’s going on here What’s the reason?
If the pressure difference at the slag outlet remains stable despite changes in the gas composition, and there is no such pressure difference between the gasifier and the lockhopper, it can generally be inferred that the slag outlet is blocked. However, if the pressure difference between the gasifier and the lockhopper also increases, it cannot be concluded that the slag outlet is blocked; other factors such as slag accumulation in the quench chamber, ash buildup in the riser pipe gaps, blockages at the syngas outlet, and an excessively high liquid level in the gasifier need to be considered in order to determine the cause.
Based on the situation described by the poster, the possibility of slag accumulation at the slag outlet is very low; instead, the issue is likely related to scaling in the gas pipeline.
Has there been any change in the liquid level of the gasifier? Do you have rinse water at the* art outlet?
