Reply to 1# Priscia: Acceptance can only take place after monitoring is carried out by a unit authorized by the environmental protection agency, and when the operating conditions meet 75% of the designed capacity. The monitoring data must comply with the acceptance standards and the provisions outlined in the environmental impact assessment approval documents. Only then can an appropriate acceptance certificate or report be issued, allowing the system to operate officially.

The entities that use flue gas emission monitoring systems must enter into agreements with manufacturers qualified to carry out maintenance work in order to ensure regular maintenance. Generally, after the equipment is installed, it needs to be calibrated using standard gas cylinders, followed by on-site verification by the environmental protection agency; however, the final calibration standards are determined based on the data provided by the environmental protection agency.
