It’s crazy – when signing up, the company is required to issue a guarantee with its seal! The company must write a letter stating that it guarantees to keep the certificate on file within the company; otherwise, they refuse to stamp it. It’s insane!!!
Some design institutes indeed require this: one must work for that institution for at least a few years after obtaining the certificate, and only then will they issue a certificate stating the duration of professional experience.
