In a factory’s steam system, for example in a 40-kilogram pipeline network, do some process systems incorporate steam that is slightly higher or slightly lower than this pressure level into that pipeline network? Does this happen in practice?
The pressure ratings must be the same in order to be connected.

For the factory’s steam system, if there is a 40-kilogram steam pipeline network in the facility, steam with a slightly higher pressure can be integrated into this network; if the pressure is above 15–20 kg, it can be incorporated into the network using pressure regulators； Steam with a starting pressure below 40 cannot be integrated into its pipeline network.
