ASPEN version compatibility issues

When importing the bkp file from the ASPEN 2006 simulation into ASPEN V7.0, the calculations fail to converge – what should be done? Does any expert have a solution? ?
The original poster might want to try modifying the convergence method, and then set certain options under the advanced convergence settings; there are still some improvements in terms of convergence between the old and new versions
Also, check whether it’s just a convergence issue; I think it might be caused by problems with the parameter properties. The newer versions of the database have been updated, and when I import my 12.1 data into V7, no parameters are displayed. The original poster can try entering the data again using the 2006 version and see what happens
