What technology does Sinochem Fertilizer use?

For the four sets of 45.80-ton capacity large-scale fertilizer plants that Sinochem Fertilizer is planning to build, which manufacturing processes will be used in each stage of production? Vaporization, conversion, purification, compression, synthesis, urea, etc.?
I’m not sure exactly what technologies are involved, but I don’t think it’s likely to use old-fashioned fixed-bed batch gasifiers at this time. The main gasification processes include the Texaco and multi-nozzle gasifier processes, pulverized coal gasification, and the Ruhr process. The Ruhr process produces a higher methane content, so it is commonly used in projects for converting coal into natural gas; whereas for methanol production and ammonia synthesis, the Texaco and multi-nozzle gasifier processes as well as pulverized coal gasification are more frequently utilized. If the aforementioned gas production process is adopted, the shift reaction is likely to be a sulfur-tolerant shift reaction, and low-temperature methanol washing combined with liquid nitrogen washing is the most appropriate method for purification.
The Texaco water-coal slurry gasification technology is used.
It is estimated that Texaco or four-nozzle systems will be used for gasification, and Zhonghua’s job postings require relevant experience.
