In the liquefied gas purification system, first, the amine solution in the desulfurization tower for liquefied gas is removed. It is important to prevent the liquefied gas from entering the subsequent system during this process. Then, water is used to push out the liquefied gas; it is essential to ensure that there is water at the sampling point at the outlet of the liquefied gas. After allowing the water to stay there for one hour, water is used again to push out the liquefied gas. Repeating this process two or three times will ensure that all the liquefied gas has been removed
1. Push the amine solution into the storage tank; if the tank is not large enough, some of the acidic water from the regeneration tower can be sent out in advance. It can also be returned to the regeneration tower (when the regeneration tower is not under maintenance). 2. Use fresh water to push the liquefied gas into the unqualified tanks in the tank farm. Then drain the water out. 3. Introduce steam for purging into the low-pressure system. 4. Pay attention to boiling the tower several times.
