How are the two space furnaces in Anhui and Henan performing currently? Who can explain the manufacturing process of space furnaces?
Does no one at Haiyou know the manufacturing process of space ovens?
Anhui Linquan Chemical is the first to use the space furnace process, and it’s working quite well. What I mainly want to know is the details of this entire space furnace process; you can refer to relevant materials for that. In simple terms, it uses a SHELL design at the front and a Texaco-style design at the back, without the need for refractory bricks, instead relying on water-cooled walls.
At present, Luxi Chemical is building a continuous vaporization ammonia synthesis project, using the space furnace technology for vaporization.
