The weather is very hot in the south during summer, and there are many small droplets on the outside of the circulation pipes. To keep the workshop dry and clean, should the circulation pipes be insulated? Are there any other measures? Thank you
Just add a set of refrigeration units directly. I’ve never heard that circulating water needs to be kept cold; moreover, circulating water always makes use of cooling towers. As long as the design is proper, the temperature of the circulating water generally won’t be very high
Generally, circulating water does not require cooling; its temperature is usually around 32°C in summer. Due to the humid air in the south, condensation tends to form on the surfaces of the circulating water pipes, which is not aesthetically pleasing. However, due to its large pipe diameter and long length, as well as high insulation costs, ordinary companies do not provide insulation.
The company now requires aesthetics; a higher cost is not a problem. Are there any other ways to remove those small droplets?
Simply put, the weather is too hot; the inner wall of the water pipe is cold while the outer wall is hot. Water vapor condenses into droplets when it comes into contact with the pipe. Wrapping the pipe with insulating tape can have a good effect
Circulating water already needs to be cooled, so why keep it cold?
To be precise, it should be called dew prevention; this is usually achieved by using an insulating layer with a thickness of 25 mm or 30 mm. It is usually done only where it is needed, such as above the passages; otherwise, dripping water all summer long is not good.
