:(In the first half of the period, there was a series of board burnouts – about 4 or 5 times over a period of three or four days – but after that, no more burnouts occurred; instead, a large number of boards with leakage problems started to appear.) Since the appearance of acid permeation, tartaric acid has never been added; the plates are cleaned and replaced in large quantities every day, but it still doesn’t work. I hope everyone can help discuss and analyze the reasons: handshake
If there is a problem of plate burning in zinc electrolysis, the cause should be sought in the wet leaching process; otherwise, it should be looked for in the purification stage. The key lies in controlling the ingredients used in the leaching process as well as the leaching endpoint, so as to ensure that all impurities settle and that a high degree of clarity is achieved.
I think we should start by looking for the cause in the board burning issue, to see if there are new problems that have arisen as a result of trying to solve the board burning problem!
The purified zinc melt is quite turbid and milky white; this is probably the reason for that. Can zinc acid imbalance cause acid permeability? These past two days, the zinc level has been between 45-48, while the acid level is relatively low, ranging from 160-175
Yours is fine; it basically meets the requirements for the acid-to-pungency ratio
It’s still abnormal board burning. . . Analyze it again
The zinc acid level is normal; there is also acid leakage, which is likely due to a problem with the plate cleaning. Just brush it all over once. When the impurities are high, it can even cause acid leakage due to burn-through.
This phenomenon is due to the board not being properly treated. You should focus on the following three aspects: 1. Test the impurities in the waste liquid, with an emphasis on addressing those that exceed the allowed levels ; 2. Improve the parameters of the new liquid ; 3. Check for oil contamination entering the system.
After extensive baking of zinc electrolysis plates, periodic adjustments are necessary to restore proper performance; the cathode plates should all be brushed once, and it is either necessary to switch them around or to apply acid treatment.

Look at the zinc skin. . What impurities cause board burnout? . Processing
