On energy recovery in enterprises

Recently, the company has been focusing on the recycling and reuse of energy. Below are some preliminary ideas; I welcome any good suggestions from everyone! 1. Heat recovery of air compressors. Through the screw air compressor heat pump unit, heat is transferred to water for use as bathing water for the company’s employees. 2. Steam condensate water. It is used for boiler water through a closed-loop condensate recycler. I heard that after cooling, it can still be used as cold water for condensers; no scale forms, and the heat transfer efficiency is maintained. Another topic for discussion is the utilization of boiler wastewater; the boiler wastewater contains NaCl (alkaline water), and it’s not clear how this can be utilized. Heat recovery from industrial wastewater is also an issue.
Also, there are now methods for utilizing the heat generated in screw compressors’ recovery processes; those who are familiar with this topic could please share some insights!
It’s about making full use of thermal energy. Why are screw air compressors and heat pump units used instead? The equipment itself must have a high cost, right? It’s worth calculating. Wastewater containing NaCl can be pre-treated first and then subjected to heat exchange. I would appreciate some advice from those with more experience
