Alarm message: A connection check error voltage was detected on the FF connection; please check your connection and press OK. Could someone please advise on how to resolve this issue? Both RE-IMAGE and RE-FLASH attempts were unsuccessful
I think it’s still an issue with the communication cable itself or the connection; check whether there are any problems with the interface pins, and if necessary, try using a different cable to see if that helps.
Reply to 2# masanhong: I entered while offline, and no communication cable was connected
Reply to 3# bobo-xa: It seems it’s not possible when offline!
Can I use 375 when it’s offline? I don’t think it’s possible
It can’t be connected; it’s definitely not possible to establish a connection. If it were online, there wouldn’t be this message. You still need offline configuration!
The instrument settings can be viewed online, while simulation can be used offline. There is no way to communicate offline at all.
This configuration must be online; it cannot be offline
Alarm message: Connection check error. The voltage detects several connections; check the connections and then press OK. 1. In the connected state, it is not connected. You can demonstrate learning within the simulation, or you can edit the parameters and save them for use when connecting to this table. Find the data you have saved and click «Send».
I used 375 to access it in OFFLINE mode, and it has been like this all along with no problems. You can try accessing it in offline mode
Do you also get an error alert about a connection issue as soon as you enter the HART APPLICATION?
