What does the red envelope receipt ranking mean?

I’ve been staying up late a lot these past few days. After midnight, I tried to claim the red envelopes; I was among the top 10 twice, but I didn’t see my name on the list… How is this ranking system actually determined? (Maybe it wasn’t visible when browsing on a mobile phone?) ) By the way, is HaiChuan’s server time fast? A lot of red envelopes were claimed before the scheduled time! :There are also many night owls in P and Haichuan; hundreds of them receive red envelopes at night!
